CAC 2026 registration

Early-bird rates thru Feb 14, 2026

Grad students:

Student non-members who first purchase a MI-AMTE membership become eligible for an additional 50% discount on CAC registration, resulting in a net $30+ savings overall compared to the non-member rate alone. Visit the public non-member registration page for details.

Preconference registration

Registration is free; limit 30 people.

Limited hotel support:

As part of the preconference check-out process, you will be asked whether or not you wish to be considered for our (very limited) hotel funding, which is meant to support attendance by those who might otherwise find it difficult to participate. We plan to make a decision about which participants will be granted hotel funding by Feb. 11, 2026. If we have more high-priority hotel applicants than funds can support, we will use a random process to choose.

Parking & Accommodations

Paid parking ($9) is available in the WSU parking structures #1 and #2 near the conference site in WSU’s College of Educationbuilding. There is free street parking on the John C. Lodge Service Drive road, which is about a 10-15 minute walk to campus via a pedestrian bridge over the highway.
